Pregnancy to four month Sleep Workshop
When I ask families I work with what they wish they could have known or done differently, most of them say, “I wish I had learned the sleep foundations I have learned from you when we were pregnant or in that first trimester”.
Knowing what to expect with regard to infant sleep, knowing what is normal, knowing how to manage sleep and knowing how to determine the BS from actual facts when it comes to infant sleep is an absolute gift for parents.
Antenatal education is often full of things that are useful up until the baby arrives. This is workshop that is relevant for pregnant parents through to parents with babies who are around 4 months of age. This workshop gives you solid foundations on what to expect and ways to manage infant sleep in that first trimester.
A lot of parents are terrified about what will happen with sleep around the 4 month mark, so in this workshop I will discuss what changes happen and how to manage those changes in a sustainable way.
This is the sleep workshop that I wish was available when I was pregnant, or when I was in those first few months of newborn life.
