Sleep information for babies can be confusing, trust me, I know, I have been there. The aim of this workshop is to remove confusion around sleep for parents so they can tune into making sleep work best for them and their little one.

As the facilitator of this workshop, my sleep education comes from two accreditations, the Holistic Sleep Coaching certification and NDC Possums accreditation. This means my approach to infant sleep is holistic, responsive and heavily evidence-based without any sleep training strategies.

This workshop will give you the education and understanding to feel empowered and confident with your little one’s sleep.

What is covered:

  • Part 1 - Introduction and setting expectations around infant sleep

  • Part 2 - The biology behind sleep so you can understand how sleep works. This is fundamental for allowing parents to be able to lean into what works for them using educated decisions based on the knowledge of how sleep actually works.

  • Part 3 - What is normal for sleep between 0-6 months of age

  • Part 4 - How genetics, temperament and personality impact sleep and how we manage sleep

  • Part 5 - How much sleep does your baby need and how do you figure that out?

  • Part 6 - Safe sleep guidelines, bedsharing, swaddling ins and outs, how to support sleep optimally and tie everything together.
